Calibre Resourcing Solutions Pty Ltd is a locally owned and operated company located in Mount Isa. It is one of the fastest growing companies in the Northwest region.

We are currently searching for multiple Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters & Diesel Fitters to work on a local Mount Isa Mine Site with a variety of rosters on offer.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Working cohesively as part of a high performing team on various jobs in a mining environment.

Supporting the operation of mining departments while using reliable and accurate operational skills and knowledge.

Always working in a safe manner and adhering to site policies and procedures in order to enhance the safety culture and performance of the site.

Performing routine maintenance on a range of fixed plant equipment.

Ensuring the achievements of targets are reached by working collaboratively with appropriate personnel.

Flights from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns to site as well as accommodation while onsite will be provided for FIFO candidates. 

To be considered for these roles, you must have:

Relevant trade certificate

Be able to pass a mine site medical (low risk), including drug & alcohol testing

Relevant HRWL tickets

Willing to undergo & obtain relevant Mount Isa Mines mandatory training & courses

Manual Drivers Licence

Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters & Diesel Fitters

Boilermakers, Mechanical Fitters & Diesel Fitters ideally will have experience in:

Fixed plant experience (at least 2 years) with ability to read & interpret drawings or mining experience a bonus! (not mandatory)

Must be willing to work in a variety of environments i.e. Underground, Surface & processing areas

HRWL & forklift licenses are highly desirable 

Must be reliable & safety conscious
